Placed in the beautiful city of Morella, it is the result of years of gastronomy and local products tradition. Vinatea opened its doors in 1988 and it owes its name to the knight of the kingdom of Valencia, Francesc de Vinatea. Our origins as livestock entrepeneurs and the “Fonda Molinos”, inspire the young chef, Àngela Milián, to create recipes that perfectly blend product, tradition and a touch of innovation.
